Candygirldress - Worst company and customer service EVER!!!
I ordered two shirts through this company.I used the 3-5 day shipping.
4 WEEKS LATER I received the order and it had black finger prints all over the front of the white shirts. I have been trying to get into contact with the company for 3 weeks and have left TONS of messages and have yet to receive a call back. I was finally able to get through and spoke with a man that told me he would refund my money but I HAD TO PAY for the shipping before I saw the money and they were NOT going to reimburse me for the shipping. I asked to speak with his manager, he told me that he had to deal with other customers and hung up on me.
Now when I call all I get is a busy tone. I am now contacting the BBB and Attorney General.
If I order a product and it is a month late and is damaged I expect for a reputable company to reimburse me, not hang up on me and block my number.
Monetary Loss: $60.
